2. Product Information & Fitment
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, specifications, and fitment guidance. However:
• Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before purchase
• Vehicle modifications (lifts, leveling kits, spacers, etc.) may affect fitment
• Fitment recommendations are based on standard vehicle configurations unless otherwise stated

3. Pricing & Availability

We reserve the right to:

Orders are not considered final until payment has been successfully processed.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times provided are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by freight carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of DB Wheels & Tires.
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate shipping information
• Inspecting freight deliveries at time of receipt
• Reporting damage within 48 hours of delivery

6. Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Mounted, installed, or used items are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of vehicle use
• Improper installation
• Damage resulting from incorrect fitment or vehicle modifications
Professional installation is strongly recommended for all wheels and tires.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
8. Installation & Use Disclaimer
Wheels and tires must be installed by a qualified professional. Improper installation may result in vehicle damage, injury, or voided manufacturer warranties.
DB Wheels & Tires is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or misuse.
