Returns & Exchanges
At DB Wheels & Tires, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. Because wheels and tires are large, high-value items, we ask customers to carefully review fitment details before ordering. That said, we understand that situations happen — and we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• Items must be unused and uninstalled
• Tires must not be mounted or driven on
• Wheels must not have been installed or have signs of mounting
• Items must be in original packaging
• All components (center caps, lug nuts, sensors, hardware) must be included
Once wheels are mounted or tires are installed, they are considered used and are no longer eligible for return. This policy is in effect even if you did not read it prior to ordering.
Fitment Responsibility
We provide expert fitment guidance before purchase. If you are unsure about bolt pattern, offset, tire size, or compatibility, please contact us prior to ordering.
Returns due to incorrect vehicle selection or fitment confirmation after purchase may be subject to:
• Return shipping costs
• Restocking fees (if applicable)
We strongly encourage confirming vehicle details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.

Note any visible damage before signing for freight deliveries.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue, whether that means replacement parts, exchange, or other solutions.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for eligible unused items within the 14-day window. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our end.
Replacement items will ship once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Mounted or driven tires
• Installed wheels
• Custom-built wheel and tire packages
• Special-order items
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
