At DB Wheels & Tires, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. Below you’ll find an overview of manufacturer warranties that apply to wheels, tires, and TPMS components.

Please note that warranty coverage is provided by the product manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

Wheel Warranty

Structural Warranty – Lifetime

All wheels we sell carry a lifetime structural warranty against manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.

This warranty covers:

• Cracks or structural failure due to manufacturing defect
• Structural integrity of the wheel under proper installation and normal driving conditions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, potholes, curb impact, or road hazards
• Improper installation
• Use with incorrect tire size or improper vehicle application
• Off-road racing or extreme use

Finish Warranty – One Year

Wheels include a one-year warranty on the finish from the date of purchase.

This covers:

• Peeling
• Flaking
• Manufacturing-related finish defects

This does not cover:

• Damage caused by harsh chemicals or cleaners
• Improper cleaning methods
• Road salt corrosion
• Environmental damage
• Curb rash or physical damage

Proper cleaning with non-acidic, wheel-safe cleaners is strongly recommended to preserve finish quality.

Tire Manufacturer Warranties

Tires are covered by the original tire manufacturer’s warranty, which may include:

Treadwear Warranty

Many tire manufacturers offer a limited treadwear warranty, which guarantees the tire will last for a specified number of miles (for example, 50,000–70,000 miles depending on the model).

Important details:

• Treadwear warranties vary by tire model and brand
• Proper rotation and maintenance are required
• Alignment and inflation must be maintained
• Coverage is prorated based on remaining tread depth

If a tire wears out prematurely under normal use and proper maintenance, the manufacturer may provide a prorated credit toward a replacement.

Not all tires include a treadwear warranty — performance or specialty tires may be excluded.

Road Hazard Coverage

Some tires may include road hazard protection, while others do not. Road hazard protection typically covers:

• Damage from potholes
• Nails or debris punctures
• Non-repairable impact damage

Coverage terms vary by manufacturer and tire model. Road hazard protection may be:

• Included by the manufacturer
• Offered as an optional add-on
• Not available on certain performance or specialty tires

If road hazard protection applies, the replacement is typically prorated based on remaining tread.

We recommend reviewing the specific tire manufacturer’s warranty details for your selected tire model.

TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) Warranty

TPMS sensors are electronic components designed to monitor tire pressure and enhance vehicle safety.

Most TPMS sensors are engineered with an internal battery life expectancy of approximately 5–10 years under normal conditions.

Battery life may be affected by:

• Extreme heat
• Extreme cold
• Prolonged storage
• Environmental conditions

Because TPMS sensors contain sealed batteries, once the battery reaches the end of its lifespan, the sensor must be replaced.

Manufacturer warranty coverage for TPMS sensors varies depending on brand and model.

Warranty Claims

If you believe you have a warranty issue:

  1. Contact DB Wheels & Tires with your order information.

  2. Provide photos and a description of the issue along with any documentation from an approved and authorized mechanic/tire shop. (Sorry, but videos of wheels and tires on a machine do not prove that there is an issue, testing documentation is required)

  3. We will assist in initiating the manufacturer warranty process if applicable.

Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer inspection and approval.

Professional Installation Required

All wheels, tires, and TPMS components must be installed by a qualified professional. Improper installation may void manufacturer warranties.
