Shipping Information

At DB Wheels & Tires, we understand that once you order your wheels and tires, you want them fast — and you want to know exactly what to expect. We’re committed to providing reliable, transparent shipping on every order.

Real Inventory = Faster Shipping

Unlike many online retailers, we stock real inventory in our warehouse. That means most orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is processed.

Once your order leaves our facility, transit time typically ranges from 3–5 business days depending on your location. Most customers receive their wheels and tire packages within 5–8 business days from order to delivery. 

Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships. Our warehouse is located in Thomasville, GA, so close to the Florida line we can smell the alligators, so you will see your tracking go through Tallahassee and Jacksonville. 

We have an extensive sign-off process for shipping. All items are inspected prior to shipping for damages and blemishes. If something is found, then we either replace with the same item from our inventory stock or contact the buyer about receiving the item blemished for a possible reduced amount. We also have a camera system in our shipping department monitoring all items as they are packaged and shipped out. 

Shipping Coverage

We ship nationwide across the continental United States. Residential and commercial addresses accepted. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii or other US Territories.

Our wheels and wheel and tire packages are shipped via FedEx Ground. We have had a longstanding relationship with FedEx and have very few claims due to our care during the packaging process. 

Please note that FedEx may split up the shipment in the sorting facilities due to the size of the packages. Use their website to track all four pieces in your shipment. 

Smaller items such as lug nuts are shipped via USPS. 

Freight & Large Item Shipments

Larger wheel and tire packages (34" and above) may ship via freight carrier depending on size and quantity. Freight deliveries require:

• An accessible delivery location
• Someone present to inspect and sign
• Inspection of the shipment before signing

We strongly recommend inspecting your shipment at delivery and noting any visible damage before signing.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Address changes after shipment may result in carrier fees.

Installation & Local Pickup
